It has come to the attention of the publisher that the following paper which was intended to contribute to the special issue ‘Research methods in humanitarian logistics’ guest edited by Gyongyi Kovacs, Mohammad Moshtari, Hlekiwe Kachali, Pia Polsa, in the Journal of Humanitarian Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Vol. 10 No. 4, has mistakenly been missed out in the special issue. This error was introduced in the editorial process, and the publisher sincerely apologizes for this error. The paper will remain in the current issue.
