Retraction notice: Assessing the resilience of the US banking sector under a macroeconomic stress testing

The publisher of the Journal of Economic Studies wishes to retract the article Lachaab, M. (2023), “Assessing the resilience of the US banking sector under a macroeconomic stress testing”, Journal of Economic Studies, Vol. ahead-of-print No. ahead-of-print. https://doi.org/10.1108/JES-03-2023-0116. It has come to our attention that a large portion of this article is taken, without attribution, from an earlier, unpublished original doctoral dissertation by Faten Abidli, “Stability, Stress-testing and Regulation in the Banking Sector.” The submission guidelines for the Journal of Economic Studies make it clear that articles must be original. The author of this paper would like to note that they do not agree with the content of this notice. The publisher of the journal sincerely apologizes to the readers.
