This research paper concentrates on how authentic leadership (AL), workplace climate, knowledge sharing, and employee performance interrelate based on data from people working in two telecommunications firms in Jordan. Furthermore, the workplace climate impacts the relationship between AL and creativity, and knowledge sharing impacts the relationship between AL and the workplace climate.
