Findings
This research paper concentrates on whether 12 surveyed female business founders in the USA possessed the traits of a gender-congruent servant leadership style, such as authenticity, stewardship, and providing direction to people in their team. Collectively, these traits are rooted in a source of compassionate love that has become lacking in many modern business settings.
