Abstract

Purpose

This paper aims to review the latest management developments across the globe and pinpoint practical implications from cutting-edge research and case studies.

Design/methodology/approach

This study is prepared by an independent writer who adds his/her own impartial comments and places the articles in context.

Findings

This research paper concentrates on whether 12 surveyed female business founders in the USA possessed the traits of a gender-congruent servant leadership style, such as authenticity, stewardship, and providing direction to people in their team. Collectively, these traits are rooted in a source of compassionate love that has become lacking in many modern business settings.

Originality/value

The paper saves busy executives and researchers hours of reading time by selecting only the very best, most pertinent information and presenting it in a condensed and easy-to-digest format.
