Taking a global view

Abstract

Concentrates on the millennium bug and states although some countries and areas appear underprepared (in Eastern Europe, Russia, South America, the Middle East, Africa and China) even the supposedly best prepared, such as the USA, seem to be some way off their own stringent targets ‐ even in defence, for instance. Includes 9 pages of maps to illustrate the differing activities going on around the world.
