Colleagues besieged: from involuntary infighting to organizational learning
Abstract
Defines two camps in the land of organizational learning, which could be named the advocates and the sceptical scholars — stating the former use the learning organization concept as a buzzword for others to catch, of which the latter are mainly business school scholars. Uses well‐presented figures by way of adding emphasis to the explanation within. Concludes businesses should be able to carry out analysis and take action based on a set of data, experience and good sense.
