Abstract

Using the Barratt Improvement Model to improve individual work performance involves following guidelines essentially addressed to working individuals, rather than to Human Resource Development practitioners. Argues that objectives should be balanced among professional, family, social, physical, mental, emotional, spiritual and other needs to ensure a balanced quality of life.
