managers at all levels based on neuropsychology and cognitive
psychology. Notes that no single cognitive style emerged as best for
executive management and considers the implications for executive
development. Concludes that executives can continue to grow without
leaving behind the personality strengths they already have but
recognising these strengths actually facilitate the process of
development.
