AB  - Describes the use of a business simulation package –
“EXECUTIVE” – as a means of enhancing the induction
and retention of graduate trainees in the worlds largest accountancy and
management consultancy firm. Using a PC, teams of four‐ten people solve
problems of marketing, production and personnel problems. Concludes that
the simulation was valuable and they are now looking at a more complex
derivative for more senior management.
