Abstract
Discusses the provision of Internet access to online public access catalogs and the increasing move by libraries to connect their OPACs to the Internet. States that, with the reduction of library budgets and consequently the reduction in resources, the use of OPACs to obtain easy access to shared resources is increasingly important.
