IBM offers CIM architecture

Abstract

Discusses IBM′s new architecture defining the framework within which it intends to introduce new hardware and software products. States that the architecture involves the concept of an “operational repository”, enterprise modelling, build‐time and run‐time controls, and two layers: system enabler and application enablers. Describes some available applications for CIM architecture.
