Information Technology Quality Assurance is Increasingly Vital in Health Care

Abstract

The costs associated with poor quality and the key principles involved in assuring the quality of IT‐related activities are shown. It is argued that the continual refinement of quality criteria between purchaser and provider is the key catalyst for optimising the IT life‐cycle process.
