Abstract

The quality of management, in ensuring the success of an organization, can be greatly enhanced by the continuing training and education of managers. One way of doing this is by setting up company business schools, whereby managers can attend workshops on a wide range of subjects, dealing with finance, marketing, human resources, operations and strategy, and their attendance for perhaps one day a fortnight for 18 months could lead to a qualification equivalent to a Master of Business Administration degree.
