GETTING THE BEST FROM THE GREAT OUTDOORS

Abstract

Argues that teamwork involved in such outdoor pursuits as rafting, treasure hunts and abseiling, etc. can only strengthen and improve the organizational health of companies – if used as a strategically controlled training diet.
