In‐company Language Programmes: A Short Guide for Training Managers
Abstract
The process of implementing a foreign language training programme in an industrial organisation is broken down into four steps, each with a variety of factors, after an audit has been conducted to establish training needs. The merits and disadvantages of different types of course are examined and the necessity of monitoring and evaluation are indicated. The overall emphasis is on cost‐effectiveness.
