Abstract

Purpose

This paper aims to review the latest management developments across the globe and pinpoint practical implications from cutting-edge research and case studies.

Design/methodology/approach

Findings

Trainer response to errors plays an important role in trainee learning from errors. Negative trainer responses to errors reduce trainees’ abilities to learn from errors by inducing negative feelings in the trainees and reducing their motivation.
