Abstract

Purpose

This paper aims to review the latest management developments across the globe and pinpoint practical implications from cutting-edge research and case studies.

Design/methodology/approach

Findings

The results showed positive correlations between job burnout and counterproductive workplace behaviors, negative correlations between job burnout and organizational citizenship behaviors .and between perceived organizational support and counterproductive work behaviors. Perceived organizational support acted as the moderator in these relationships.
