Abstract

Purpose

This paper aims to review the latest management developments across the globe and pinpoint practical implications from cutting-edge research and case studies.

Design/methodology/approach

The results included the following: 1. Supervisor bottom-line mentality was positive related to subordinate bottom-line mentality. 2. Subordinate bottom-line mentality was positively related to subordinate work performance. 3.
