Abstract

Lloyd Lindsay is a researcher and writer who spent time as a mental health service user in different London hospitals. He spent about a month in Elliot Ward at Ealing Hospital in 2000, which he found a positive experience. We asked him to summarise some of the aspects of cultural competence/capability that he had experienced in his time there.
