Abstract
To gain the upper hand in today’s competitive business world, having a highly competent workforce is a must. Training is, therefore, vitally important both initially and on‐going, but designing and implementing programs can place heavy demands on resources, and many organizations are forced to limit or even cut their budget allocations to training.
