Creation of a Care Trust: Managing the Project

Abstract

This paper summarises the key factors identified within the project to create a care trust in Torbay. It should benefit other organisations considering integrating health and social care services, particularly in light of the direction indicated by the recent White Paper. This document identifies some of the core components and issues that need to be addressed.
