HMV’s finance team has to Face the Music
Abstract
How do you combine an annual teambuilding event with a dynamic way of learning how to develop relationships in a non‐training‐room environment? How do you ensure that people are operating out of their comfort zone so they experience real pressure but are not exposed to unmanageable risk? And how can you be certain that participants have a memorable, tangible item to take away with them? This was the challenge which music‐retailer HMV gave to training provider John Matchett Limited. Its response was a training event aptly named Face the Music.
