Abstract

What is the true nature of work‐related stress? Can it be clearly defined? Is it really a problem which employers can control and for which they have health and safety responsibilities? Against this background briefly looks at the Health & Safety Executive′s recently published booklet, Stress at Work – A Guide for Employers.
