AB  - Discusses the nature and evolution of workaholism, and how it
differs from other addictions. The characteristics of work to those
people who have the opportunity to be workaholics are detailed, and
examples are given. Some guidelines are given for counsellors dealing
with workaholics, but it is emphasised that individual treatment will
not create a permanent solution as long as organisational cultures and
climates promote workaholism.
