Abstract
This article describes a research methodology for reviewing the effectiveness of corporate university developments. The defined research approach is applied to a sample of five companies based in the UK and USA, four of which are in global markets. Differences between the vision for the new generation of corporate universities and current company practice are identified and commented on.
