AB  - Electronic signature is one of the most important subjects nowadays. Hence, scholars and researchers give the Unicetral and the European electonic signature laws a great consideration. For this reason, specialists and legal practitioners examine these laws and do comparative studies with their local regulations. The current study follows the same methodology and focuses on the Kuwaiti Ministry of Commerce and Manufacturing proposal through a critical review analyzing its legal points.
