Abstract

Uses the analytic hierarchy process to identify and rank the multi‐criteria which influence the socioeconomic goal of improving the quality of life and then classify these factors based on their levels of difficulty. Uses quality function deployment to establish a linkage between socioeconomic factors and information technology programs.
