Abstract

Specifies the three main acts governing the safety of industrial activities in The Netherlands. Discusses the implementation of the post‐Seveso Directive (82/501/EEC) and the introduction of new legislation including an External Safety Report, Occupational Safety Report, Off‐site Emergency Plan and Special Contingency Plan. Describes various points connected with the legislative implementation of risk communication and the complications which may arise.
