Abstract
Discusses case studies of small and medium‐sized companies in which the Queensland Manufacturing Institute (QMI) has facilitated improved product development processes using simple methodology, teamwork and a “toolbox” concept. The involvement of QMI allowed the companies to try new processes and supporting technology in a reduced risk environment.
