Abstract

Discusses the background to the entrenched management techniques still prevalent across much of Europe, and how they need to be changed. Argues the most needed characteristics to be absorbed by the leaders of tomorrow are leadership and humility ‐ and that the apparent paradox of the conflict between these two positions is very much a myth.
