Abstract

Reviews the state of “learning” within education and work situations and concludes that the UK Ltd is missing many fundamental opportunities. Believes future success within any organization will depend on the senior management’s attitude to learning. Reviews three stages of lifelong learning, and concludes with a description of the learning organization.
