Abstract

Examines in detail multi‐agency provision (MAP), which is now common in public services. The public service sector is being turned upside down and it is important to have a properly‐designed approach from beginning to end. Shows that MAP can be developed within a TQM framework provided that all the necessary prerequisites are applied.
