“A job for life” into “A life of jobs”: the new employment contract
Abstract
Compares old and new employment contracts, highlighting the benefits of the latter and advising on how new contracts can be built. Points out that employee commitment and loyalty depend on good leadership, training, communication and recognition. Finally puts forward an action list to guide organizations on the road towards continuous improvement and the ultimate goal of world‐class status.
