The need for implementing total quality management in education

Abstract
Looks at the applicability of total quality management (TQM) in education and some of the concerns addressed in the literature. Explores the different approaches used by several educational institutions in implementing TQM. Suggests a five‐step programming model that any university can use for implementing TQM.
