Implementing Quality in a Training Organization

Abstract

Devising and implementing a quality system to deliver to customer needs can be a major undertaking. Provides an account of the implementation of BS5750 within a training organization. Makes suggestions for improving implementation for those in the training sector who may face the task of addressing BS5750 in the future.
