New developments concerning jury strategy

Abstract

Provides a general survey of four issues of contemporary litigation: preliminary jury instruction, juror note taking, juror notebooks and questions from the jury during testimony. Looks at each in turn and evaluates their merits. Considers further ways in which jury involvement can be enhanced.
