Abstract
Claims Kuznets is a quantification economist, e.g. a statistician who used the theory of models to find answers to problems. Covers, in depth, Kuznets’ early Russian‐Jewish upbringing to his further development in the USA. Concludes that Kuznets recognized what was missing rather than what was wrong or deficient.
