Abstract
This paper describes the challenges faced by Cambridgeshire Libraries during the implementation of the People’s Network. The critical success factors – the need for staff communication, involvement and training at all levels throughout the county, and the importance of sound and robust technical design – are explored in some detail, along with possible future challenges to be overcome.
