The data in the examples are all simulated based on learning from implementations in Europe, US, Mexico, and Latin America.

Practical implications

The paper focuses on how individual executives can implement processes to assure the effective execution of their strategies.

The concepts, methodology, and approach are all original to this author. They challenge traditional thinking and serve as a valuable alternative. The paper should be of value to the leadership team of any organization.
