Ms Davison has spent more than 25 years in the HR management field, serving in leadership positions in several companies as well as managing her own consulting practice. As one of the original members of Saratoga Institute, she was instrumental in formulating and advancing the use of HR measurement, benchmarking and performance evaluation practices to track a company’s financial return on human capital investment.
