The philosophy behind international interlending and its implications for the visually‐handicapped
Abstract
Argues that the visually impaired should be able to benefit from international interlending. Considers some of the problem areas including difficulties with transmitting documents, need for formal systems, customs, copyright and incompatible formats. Concludes that an international network needs to be established in particular for the visually impaired.
