TY - JOUR AB - The vision for Telecom New Zealand's intranet – “one company working together online” – is being realised, thanks to the decision to move the entire intranet to a content management system. The challenge was to move over 220 disparate sites to a single platform and develop a strategy for future development. This article outlines how a governance model was developed and standard intranet architecture aligned to business objectives; 35,000 pages of content were migrated and delivered on the vision, while building a solid foundation for the future of the intranet in the organisation.
