Abstract

Reviews the use of Expert Systems and their possible future applications and potential for marketing. The three major sections are organized to show application areas, marketing applications and finally the financial services sector. Discusses also the implications for different sectors and examines the effects, for example, on insurance underwriters and their occupational need for change.
