Abstract

Computer simulation is used in a behavioural training programme to effect changes in behaviour and managerial style. Role‐playing by team members, such as leadership, assuming technical responsibilities and business roles is also described. The groups are required to identify critical issues and illustrate the way decisions are negotiated.
