Abstract

Purpose

This paper aims to review the latest management developments across the globe and pinpoint practical implications from cutting‐edge research and case studies.

Design/methodology/approach

The traditional view of a leader is of a forceful individual who sets a clear agenda and expects followers to carry out his or her instructions unquestioningly.
