Abstract

New technology shows human beings at their most innovative. As soon as a development is no longer adequate to serve a particular purpose, a refinement made possible by technology will bridge the gap. In the life assurance industry, e‐business implementation has played a major role in assisting personnel to satisfy customer requirements and to provide individualized services.
