REFLECTIONS ON A MANAGEMENT COURSE

Abstract

The author completed a part‐time education management course in 1989. This case study illustrates some of the difficulties encountered within the research process such as allocation of time and role conflict. The article concludes by discussing how some of the benefits have contributed to her role as a manager of a specialist library service.
