Managing for excellence in the real estate industry

Abstract

The real estate industry is very broad and diverse in terms of jobs and functions within the industry. Appraisers, loan officers, escrow officers, title associates, real estate lawyers and accountants, agents, and brokers represents some of the diverse work environments in the real estate industry. To limit the variance in diversity and to focus more effectively on the subject of this article, a real estate broker and or a real es tate branch man ager will be used to illustrate the importance of effective management in a real estate office.
