Exploiting organizational knowledge in the learning organization
Abstract
States that knowledge management and learning organizations are complimentary developments. Explains the fundamental concepts underlying each and describes the principles that shape a learning organization in which individuals are extended and challenged to realize their true potential and in which knowledge is valued and managed for organizational benefit.
