Healthy Eating: A Retail Perspective

The Co‐op has been providing safe, healthy food since it was established in the last century. More recently, the organization has been actively involved in promoting food safety. In 1985, a healthy eating campaign was launched, which has been maintained ever since. Emphasizes the importance of providing nutritional information and strongly advocates a plain English approach as opposed to graphical presentation.
